1. Shipping Coverage
At Picoplaz.com, we proudly offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to a valid U.S. residential or commercial address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on the same day they are received, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once processed, orders are shipped via trusted carriers and typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier service levels, and unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is 100% free on all orders. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden fees.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing the tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment in real time.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist with a resolution, which may include reshipment or refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you if your order is returned to arrange the next steps.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll assist you in replacing the item(s) at no cost.
