All products purchased from Picoplaz.com come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Faulty parts or hardware issues not caused by misuse

3. What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
  • Damage from external causes (weather, fire, water, etc.)

4. Warranty Claim Process

  2. Our support team will review your claim and may request additional information.
  3. If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

5. Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving all required information. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

6. Shipping Costs

If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover return shipping costs for defective products and provide a prepaid return label when necessary.

7. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not extend beyond the 1-year coverage period.
