1. Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments via the following methods:
- Stripe: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal: Pay with your PayPal balance or linked cards/bank accounts
2. Billing Process
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with order and billing details.
3. Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or provider may apply a conversion rate and fees.
4. Invoices
An electronic invoice is automatically sent to your email upon successful payment. You may also request a formal invoice by contacting us.
5. Payment Security
We do not store your full payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe and PayPal’s PCI-compliant systems.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and correct any mistake as necessary.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed. You may try another payment method or contact your card provider for assistance.
8. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. If you have any concerns, please contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your bank or PayPal.
